Kevin Kologinsky's primary areas of practice are
real estate sales & litigation, personal injury, wills & estates, and business law.
He is a member of the American Trial Lawyer's Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Philadelphia Bar
Association, and is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Kologinsky represents many realtors and also
private buyers and sellers in real estate transactions and litigation.
Kevin is a well-known civic leader and a business leader in Northeast Philadelphia.
He served five years as
President of the Mayfair Merchant's Association and as chairman of the Mayfair-Holmesburg Thanksgiving Parade
Committee. He chaired the Annual Mayfair Car Show for nine years. Kevin Kologinsky served 8 years as
Executive Officer to the board of the Greater Northeast Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
Kevin and his wife,
Kathleen, live in Yardley, PA with their family of four children. Kevin W. Kologinsky and his family are active
members of the Calvary Chapel Church in Northeast Philadelphia. Kevin is a
member of The Gideons International, Bucks South Camp.
